Hey guys :) it's a lovely day, isn't it? Later I will got to the gym with a friend. Last week I started a Zumba -course, and I thought it might be interesting for you. Zuma is a workout with dance elements from salsa, latin and merengue, mixed with hip-hop and belly dance. well, I only had one lesson so far, but I have to say it makes a lot of fun, and you don't realize that your doing fitness. so try it out and/or make comments what you think about it! :)
